There was some good that came out of the Blue Jays' 7-2 loss Saturday against the White Sox at Rogers Centre. Vladimir Guerrero Junior had the first multi-hit game of his career, going 2 for 2 with a pair of singles and a pair of walks to raise his batting average to .186.

The Boston Red Sox continue to surge after opening their World Series title defence with a 6-and-13 record. The Red Sox won for the 15th time in their last 21 games by knocking off the sputtering Seattle Mariners, 9-5. The Mariners lost for the 14th time in their last 18 games.

---

The Mets were 4-1 winners against the Marlins behind Jacob deGrom, who struck out eight and held Miami to a run and five hits over seven innings for his first victory since April 3rd. DeGrom also went 2-for-3 with an R-B-I single that capped the Mets' three-run sixth.

A person familiar with the search says the Lakers have hired Frank Vogel as coach and Jason Kidd as an assistant. The 45-year old Vogel worked for the organization before as an advance scout during the 2005-06 season. He did not coach last season following two years with the Orlando Magic.

They Yap so much during play that it is pitiful.
Looks like neither one of them knows the players names and dont really care.
