DUNK: B.L.M. OPEN TO LEAVING CALGARY

Photo: CFL.ca

3DownNation’s Justin Dunk reports reigning CFL MVP Bo Levi Mitchell is open to signing with another CFL team besides Calgary if the offer is right:

Dunk cites anonymous sources who say it’s not a slam dunk for BLM to return to the Stampeders even if he doesn’t sign in the NFL.

CFL free agency begins February 12 and Mitchell has already worked out for close to a dozen NFL teams.

He's certainly seen how you can be the best QB for the best team in the league year after year, win multiple Grey Cups and still have no one care about you in the land of the Flames (and play in the worst facility in the CFL).

He'll also look at the receivers on the team. That puts the Riders at the bottom of his list.
