Wow dominant performance by the Memorial Cup Hosts Regina Pat's...things seem to be coming together nicely for John Paddocks Regina Pat's...like I said before play these MJ Warriors 5 on 5 and it's over!! Also bump them around a little they back down pretty easily...nice tribute to Jock Callander loved watching him play

Nice back to back wins against Moose Jaw. Today's win prove's that the win in Moose Jaw on Friday night was not a fluke. It's amazing what hard work, playing physical and playing fundamental hockey in both ends of the ice can do. The Pats appear to be gelling and with only 11 regular season games left, it couldn't come at a better time.

Yup to set themselves up for a 1st round demolishing by the Broncos....

Can someone please explain to me why Gabrielle was brought back to this team. The guy has the IQ of a stump! Once again, he showed the maturity of a 12 year old.

Pretty silent on here from the MJ and SC haters, the jealous nellies.

Someone said something about even a blind dog finds a bone once....

Did anyone see what started the mess at the end? Someone said Brook speared a guy on the Pats bench? Is that true?

Hey anon # 2 it's to bad the broncos are gonna overtake the lowly warriors for first and the warriors will be out in first round vs the Pats ,all your trades for nothing lol

That Sheen clown reminds me of a Plug that used to play for the Calgary Flames back in the 80s. Run around, dragging his knuckles behind him and generally being USELESS!

Someone on some team will straighten out that over reacting Gabrielle sooner or later. Or is he just a home town show boat. Don't forget that Moose was playing without their Leading scorer. I watched the whole game and if you think that was great hockey you must get a much different view on your TV than I do. Neither team at most times looked like they were ready for the playoffs yet but come playoff time I know my money would go on the much faster Moose Jaw team.

I seen Brook spear Holmes and Gabrielle went crazy. Game sheet gave Holmes a Spear also but I didn't see that part

Former NHL'er Scott Niedermayer could still play in the NHL today. As for Pats sweeping MJ, great job, but keep in mind their top scorer Burke didn't play either game. Not taking anything away from great Pats wins, just saying that would be like Steel or Mahura missing both games. Also, so glad for fans and players that the game was indoors. Crisp -35 with the wind last night was rough.

What a fantastic weekend of Pats hockey! Keep it rolling on the road!

Go Pats!!

Couldn't agree more on the Gabrielle statement. Guy is supposed to be a leader as a 20 year old and not a detriment.

I agree somewhat about Gabrielle...he has to be better disciplined...don't forget that he scored over 70 goals the last 2 years...he will be OK...as for the Warriors missing Burke lame excuse....don't forget the Memorial Cup hosts Regina Pats had their rookie backup goalie in net!

Lots of comments about Warriors not having one of their better players for the last 2 game. That's funny as Pats played basically the whole playoffs last year without their #2 and #3 Centers but when that was mentioned it was "sour grapes" and how Paddock didn't have enough depth...lol. How that tables turn.

Funny I didn't think there was any VIA Rail service in southetn Sask. but I see the excuse train pulled out of the Moose Jaw station right in time

What a great weekend to be a Pats fan! These guys are good, scary good!!! Go Pats Go!!!

Pats better win their 17th straight vs PA Monday afternoon, or the whole sweep of MJ was for zip.

Jesse Gabrielle is a scratch Monday at PA. Either Paddock has finally had enough of this distraction, or the league will suspend him heavily for his antics at the end of Moose Jaw game Sunday.

bdunc said...

Pretty sure the Warriors will do the Memorial Cup hosts Regina Pats a huge favour and beat Brandon today...which will be the cherry on top...game against PA will be tough... fatigue has to be a factor...

Memorial Cup hosts Regina Pats win again thank you MJ Warriors for beating Brandon...it is like getting 4 points today...Paddock was great today..he was the reason a tired team won today...

Max Paddock is legit...too legit to quit

Max Paddock is the goalie of the Regina Pats future hands down. How is Brown doing up in Saskatoon? Oh ya, 6 starts, 5.50 gaa and about a 0.814 sv %
