Friday Night football is going to be great
A change of pace from weeks of Bomber hate

A contest between two coaches named Jones
And solid O-lines to protect their QB's bones

We all anticipate some big plays by Carter
And a Rider defense that will play much harder

If Riders are to be play-off bound
A way to beat teams out east must always be found

At 5pm today I will be ready with beer
To watch our wonderful Riders get it in gear

The Riders are not going to fall flat this time. I expect they win this one but maybe a closer game than people may think.

Hey not a bad poem. Look for the C Jones to educate J Jones in this one. The addition of award winning linebackers and punt returner will set Ticats back to where they started this year. Riders by 10.

Dear Poet:
You must not know it
But your feet do show it
Cause their Long fellows.
Good job up above
But we have no fear
The TiCats are easy
So enjoy your beer.

Careful what you wish for rider nation. Many wanted to see this kid bridge . I think I've seen enough (in meaningful football time not garbage time) and we're better with Kevin no doubt about it. Brandons had lots of time to "show" ..didn't produce . my opinion .. I've been wrong many times before. This is one time I hope I am again..
Die hard rider fan. Go riders

Oh I'd love to be a fly on the wall in Hamilton locker room with z colleros. . I watched this kid tear us apart as an Argo third stringer .. apparently his contract says no west . His bell has been wrung several times .. this guy with a reworked contract is still a gem in my eyes .. proved it .. young still too .. just wondering honestly would he would look in riderville if he gets his head straight .. anyone agree ? Thoughts . Rod your team of experts too ..?

Brandon Bridge is no where near the talent of a starting CFL QB. He's been on the team for a couple seasons now. If the Riders would have been facing a Defence from Montreal or Edmonton or Calgary or BC. The Tiders would have taken a beat down. Lucky to win an ugly game like that. Kevinn Glen playing instead and Riders would have had the game locked up by half time.
I'm tired of the Rider fans saying Glen isn't a good QB. They are correct in that Glen has not been good. For the most part he's been GREAT.
People are saying stuff like ... well sure the Riders would have been better. So would the Ticats be better with their starting QB. Kind of a dumb comment since it was Hamilton's decision to play Masolli. Because Collaros was not winning games. So NO Hamilton would not be better.
Truthfully I think even Toni Sunseri (who was not good) showed more promise than the play of Brandon Bridge. I sure hope Coach Jones has other plans for the QB position.
I know the defence was out a lot in the second half. But we gave up over 400 yards to a crappy offence. We need to shore that up. Yes we won. But evening winning didn't show up our vulnerabilities. And there are a ton of them.

Whoa. Dunno what game you watched and we're not privy to the obvious conservative play calling trying to limit bridge mistakes .. we were ahead all game .. kid gloves. To say bridge is worse than tino I'm sorry but that's way off side. Unless your seeing things that I certainly do not as Joe fan . .. wow
