Ripplinger, who lives in Regina, joins the Warriors after spending the past 17 years with the Vancouver Giants. Ripplinger has been with the Giants since their inception in the WHL in 2001, he was originally named Vancouver’s Head Scout and was promoted to Director, Player Personnel in 2008. During Ripplinger’s time in Vancouver the Giants won the 2006 WHL Championship and the 2007 Memorial Cup.

As Assistant General Manager, Jason will be involved in all areas of our hockey operations while overseeing the Warriors scouting staff, Bantam Draft and player development initiatives," concluded Millar. “Finally, I’d like to thank Vancouver Giants owner Ron Toigo and General Manager Glen Hanlon for their support in allowing us to discuss this opportunity with Jason.”

Gasper joined the Warriors in 2007 and was promoted to Assistant Head Scout in 2012, he was named Director of Scouting in 2015.
