Johnson, another player Riders should have kept from the beginning. He was the first DB (not QB) to lead a team to the Grey Cup (no offence to Buck Pierce, pun intended) while holding Ti-Cats to 3 points in Eastern final. Unfortunately, that was a long time ago. Welcome home Jovon!

A little bit surprising that A Gagne, the long snapper, isn't on the PR considering the great job he did handling long snaps while Hus was injured and all of our injuries at that position last year. Maybe he was offered a PR spot but refused?

The state of the Raiders DB is pretty darn bad. The preseason game against the Lions showed just how bad we are at DB. Most of those gouts could cover a high school receiver. Jovon was a decent DB. However I believe he is way past his best before date. Just shows the desperation at DB.

There were three projected starters at DB injured in the game at BC. Of course there's desperation.

Anyone who compares pro athletes to high school is just daft.

The Raiders actually have pretty good db's. Might be a force in the AFC this year. Haha
