RIDERS ACQUIRE DYAKOWSKI

The Saskatchewan Roughriders have acquired national offensive lineman Peter Dyakowski from the Toronto Argonauts in exchange for international wide receiver Armanti Edwards.

Dyakowski (6’5 – 320) is entering his 11th season after originally being selected by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the second round (11th overall) of the 2006 CFL Draft. Through ten seasons with the Tiger-Cats, the 33-year-old Vancouver native played in 148 regular season games, with 131 starts. He also added ten playoff games and two Grey Cup appearances.

Dyakowski had signed with the Toronto Argonauts as a free agent in February, 2017.

He was named a 2012 East Division All-Star and received nomination as the Tiger-Cats Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman in 2011.

Really good trade, we had to let a few WRs go, everyone can't start.

Isn't this the guy who embarassed Nye last year?

Just when Armanti was loading up the guns to take on the #1 qb position for Saskatchewan 2017. Now taking his impressive playing talents to Toronto where anything is possible with old man Ray behind the wheel ready to implode. Saskatchewan will rue the day they let Mr. Edwards go for practically nothing, just wait and see Riderville.

Re- 'W'. He's a lineman. Not a RB! Best years are ahead of him.

This is a good trade. It adds some experience to our offensive line which we need desperately. Toronto got themselves a good player too.

Good trade as you are getting a "National" for an "International" Jeez I still hate those terms. Why not call them Canadian and American? If a player is not born in either country he would be International. Only in the CFL? Pity.

Subban's a cancer. Different scenario.

A cancer that's playing in the Stanley Cup Finals.

Edwards is gonna get bored when his feet don't have to leave the ground to catch a pass from Ray. Durant gave Edwards the opportunity to show off his ultra athletic ability.

There are no Rider fans going crazy. The only person going crazy on here is you. Your just trying to antagonize a fan base with stupid antics of cheering for multiple teams other than the one this whole web site is about. Nothing more than a prepubescent troll living in your Mama basement.

Perfect response 3rd and 1, these in-breds are nauseating and slightly entertaining.
