RIDER 2016 FAN DAY PHOTOS

The defense beat the offense 44-39 in the Riders' annual mock game Saturday at SMF Field in Saskatoon. Riders coach Chris Jones called it a "poor display". We'll tell you why in our post later tonight.  Until then, please enjoy these photos from Gordie Howe Sport Centre ... If you were one of the 3,000 in attendance, please leave your comments in the Comment section ...

Of course northern and central Sask love the Riders, the vast majority of Rider fans in Sask aren't from or don't live in Regina.

Great to see Jim Hobson up in the booth with Jones and Murphy at the Lacrosse match.

Our family attended the game. The Q and A at the pre-game gathering was awesome. The Riders management who were there was fantastic as they answered the many questions from the fans. For me, I also had a chance to meet Luc, what a great guy! I was impressed with everyone with the organization. Everyone was fan friendly. Even though Coach Jones was not happy with the game, he was absolutely great with the fans after the game. He took the time to sign everything, took pictures and talked to many fans. The players was equally great as they talked to everyone and signed everything. The Riders organization made a lot of new fans this week.

Is that based on per capita size! Do you have proof of this ???

What a stupid thing to say!
Ya that's why 78% of season ticket holders are Regina citizens.
