The 100 Mile House Wranglers are the 2016 Keystone Cup Champions.  The Wranglers defeated the previously unbeaten AGI Insurance Saskatoon Quakers 3-2 in Sunday's championship final at Regina's Cooperators Centre.

After walking into the final with a 5-0 tournament record, the Quakers found themselves tied 2-2 after hard fought 60 minutes. In the extra frame, Wrangler forward Cole Zimmerman found the back of the net at 17:25 to give 100 Mile House the 2016 Junior B championship bragging rights.  Zimmerman also scored the game’s tying goal in the second period.

In the bronze medal game, the North Peace Navigators needed triple overtime to defeat the Extreme Hockey Regina Capitals 5-4.  Dustin Long scored the game winner at 10:54 of the sixth period. Regina was outshot 62-53 in the contest. Austin Kuhn, who had two goals and assisted on the game winner, along with Capital net minder Thomas Spence, were the game stars.
