Funny, every time the Pats "LOSE" their is hardly ever a comment on here . When they win, they fill their boots about how great they are this year. Let's face it they are mediocre and that's it.

I think the Pats did pretty well over 9 games on the road going 4-3-1-1. I don't think fans are fooling themselves about what the team really is. Some talent is good while some not so much. It's obvious that they could use another good offensive forward and hopefully a deal is being worked on. One of the d-men is -13 and that needs to be addressed. However some of the young guys used the road trips to gain some much needed experience and gained confidence. They found they appear to have some strong goaltending. The team is a work in progress. They need to use these home games to build some momentum and they face some tough teams. They will need to even step it up more, but all in all it's been not to bad.

hey anon #1 were you at the game? Both teams gave it their all. Exciting, entertaining and fast. Just because the Pats lost they are mediocre - after being on their way to the Mem Cup after beating Brandon the night before.

Lighten up it is only a game and the kids are working their tales off to provide you with good entertainment. Being a Warriors fan makes me wish the Pats would lose every game but they are not going to. There is some skill on the team, just like every other team in the WHL, and the Pats will win more games than they lose this year, in my opinion.

Ho hum. They'll either miss the playoffs or exit quickly. Why get excited?

They are in a rebuilding stage Anon...and likely playing better and winning more games than anyone expected at this point. "Mediocre" - I'll take that at this point in the rebuilding process...if you've attended any games they are young but for the most part gave 110% every game and are exciting to watch.
The coaching staff and owners let it be known this that they have a plan in place for 2 years down the road...so I am willing to wait and see.. so far I am impressed.
