MORE GREY CUP PHOTOS

The annual Winnipeg Santa Claus Parade was morphed with the Grey Cup parade and over 50,000 spectators reportedly turned out on Saturday in the Manitoba capital.  I should add that all of these photos came off the Tweeter feed of the 103rd Grey Cup Fest (@GreyCupFestival).  We drove home on Saturday!

Fireworks were set off after Saturday's gala outside the Winnipeg Convention Centre.  There's an impression shot coming up from inside the WCC from the exact same moment ...

The view from the top of the escalators at the WCC.  Everyone knows what they're there for ...

Legendary Winnipegger Randy Bachman from the famed rock rock group Bachman Turnover & Overdrive performs at Saturday night's CFL gala ...

Some interesting facts about Sunday's television broadcast. Don't forget we'll have it on radio as well on 620 CKRM ...

The halftime act Fallout Boy is in town already ...

A great shot from the parade -- the Grey Cup being carried in the back of a truck.  Winnipegish!

This year is the first there's ever been a youth camp offered and Aloeuttes great Anthony Calvillo was good enough to offer his time and expertise...

And finally, CFL Commissioner Jeffrey Orridge poses with some fans.  He's not going to enjoy my Monday column.

Enjoy the game!

Jeffrey Orridge poses with some fans ... or Jeffrey Orridge poses as a fan. To everyone in the know those girls are probably more popular than he is and have been asked to have more pics taken this week.

Is Bachman Turnover and Overdrive a typo or attempt at humour?

Pretty sure Orridge doesn't read your blog. Lol.

Orridge not going to be happy about MMG? Why what happened? Did Orridge have you kicked out from the Grey Cup festivities? You came home early. Winnipeg not your cup of tea? Orridge doesn't seem to be the person to lead the CFL. Very weak with his personal communication skills. CFL needing strong direct transparent leadership. Orridge gotta go!

Why didn't you stay for the game?
