Sunday night in the Brandt Centre the visiting Prince Albert Raiders matched the Pats stride-for-stride as the East Division rivals were tied 1-1 after the first period and 2-2 after two. Chandler Stephenson scored in the opening frame for the Queen City Kids while Lane Scheidl lit the lamp in the second.
Blackhawks first-rounder Mark McNeill put the Raiders up 3-2 at the 4:22 mark of the third with a shorthanded goal however Regina's Scheidl knotted the game at 3-3 with a powerplay tally at the 12:01 mark. Then, with 0:21 remaining, Pats captain Brandon Davidson beat Raider goalie Cole Holowenko for the game-winner.
GAME OVER: Pats 4 Raiders 3
NOTES: The Pats outshot the Raiders 34-26 ... Pats were 2/7 on the powerplay and 3/3 killing penalties ... Adam Beukeboom got the win in the Pats goal making 23 saves ... The attendance was 3674 ... With the win the Pats take over sixth-place in the WHL's East Conference.

Not a bad game at all, the Raiders are a very chippy team MJ isnt even in the same class as PA when it comes to dirty play on the ice... every hit the Raiders took was a charge to knock the player out of the game... Winther gave a very dirty cross check to the back of the head on Davidson in the final 5secs of play after Davidson took him out along the boards & ended up on the ice with him.
The Raiders are a joke & always will be a joke, they have a very potent offense they can strike fast but there goaltending & defense is bad/inexperienced.
Im not sure about the rest of u but i know for 1 i am sick & tired of hearing Jared Dumba on the after game shows, does this guy even have a clue what he wants to say. All he can use is "awesome" & "unreal" i prefer Al Dumba then Jared anyday at least he has a clue..... someone should hand Jared a audio copy of the after game shows & just listen to himself on the after game shows.. its the same thing every single game he talks
Maybe Roddy would like to do color 1 game as a little throw back to his days with the Pats... even if Roddy just say there & didnt say 1 word at all he'd be better then Jared
