The CFL Hall of Fame resides in Hamilton which may soon be without a CFL team (after 2011). If this happens, would it not make sense to move the Hall of Fame to Sask? Just a thought.
Its also worth noting that Bob Young is opposing a down-town site due to poor access and parking. Meanwhile here in Sask, the location of a new stadium down-town instead of near a highway is not the issue, just the projected cost (dome vs no dome) as far as I can tell. In any event, the Riders have done well at a site near down-town and in a residential area.
