Kelly Gets Good News

Former Winnipeg Blue Bombers' head coach Mike Kelly has had the domestic-assault charge that was filed against him last month dropped by a district court judge in Pennsylvania.

Kelly was originally charged after an incident with his ex-girlfriend at his home in Bridgeport, Pennsylvania on December 17th, the same day that he was fired by the Blue Bombers board of directors.

Kelly has been given a month to complete an anger-management course after which time the charge would officially be dropped.

Pretty sad how you can hit a woman, complete a 1 month course and all is good!

Its pretty sad when you can assault a "16" year old girl and get absolutely nothing but a slap in the hand.
